Product analytics through PostHog
We use PostHog Inc. as a service provider to understand how the platform is used, diagnose technical issues, and improve product performance and usability. PostHog may process page URLs, referral information, feature interactions, event timestamps, pseudonymous user or session identifiers, IP address, and browser, operating-system, and device information on our behalf. If session replay or error tracking is enabled, related interaction and diagnostic data may also be processed, subject to the masking and exclusion controls we configure.

Product analytics through Mixpanel
With analytics consent, we also use Mixpanel to measure page views and selected product interactions. Events include page paths, timestamps, browser and device information, pseudonymous identifiers, and limited workflow metadata. Automatic interaction capture and session recording are disabled. We do not intentionally send form contents, identity documents, private keys, or full URLs with query parameters through this integration. 6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for platform operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Retention windows may vary by data category and jurisdiction.
